HVAC Services Contract

We will provide to inspect your air conditioning and heating system for proper operation to insure it is working at optimum efficiency for the cooling and heating season.
No repairs will be done without the customer’s authorization.
 Most repairs can be made at the same time we perform the inspection. If interested please email jack@independentcontractorsite.com.

$250.00 per year for 2 Inspections
$120.00 per year for additional units

We will perform 2 inspections per year:

  • Spring (A/C)

  • Fall (Heat)

A/C Service

  • Condenser coil cleaning

  • Check bearings & lubricate

  • Check evaporator coil

  • Check thermostat & level

  • Check refrigerant charge

  • Check electrical start components

  • Change or clean filter

  • Blow-out condensate drain*

  • Check belts Check start and run capacitors

  • Check valves Tighten electrical connections

  • *No warranty for clogged condensate drain lines

Heating Service

  • Check safety controls

  • Check bearings & lubricate

  • Check thermostat & level Furnace clean (Vacuum burner section)

  • Check electrical controls

  • Change or clean filters

  • Check heat exchanger

  • Check belts Tighten electrical connections
